Car-Mel's Bulldogs is happy to offer our males for stud service to AKC registered females. Females must be free from any infections, displasias, major skin problems...etc. Females must be up to date on all shots & wormings, and must presently be on a heartworm regime. Car-Mel's Bulldogs requires a copy of the females pedigree along with a picture for our records. Car-Mel's Bulldogs is not liable for incorrect testing done to predict ovulation predicted by the females owner. Car-Mel's Bulldogs does not guarantee live puppies upon whelping. One live puppy constitutes a litter. Car-Mel's Bulldogs cannot be held liable for the accidental death of the female while pregnant, whelping or during c-section. Female's owner is responsible for all veterinary and shipping costs. Also, the owner of the female cannot sell puppies from this litter to a puppymill.
The amount of stud fee for Tuff is $550.00 plus overnight shipping done by land or air. Shipping charges are $100.00 and usually done with UPS. We DO NOT accept credit cards or personal checks, cash only at this time. We will ship to your veterinarian. This charge includes enough sperm for two days of inseminations. Please give 24hrs notice before sperm needs to be shipped. We have a 1 year limit on the sperm for breeding. Car-Mel's Bulldogs requires payment before any sperm handling is done. If for some reason your female is not impregnated, the owner of the female will pay all costs in doing an evaluation of the female. If nothing is found wrong with the female, then Car-Mel's Bulldogs will have the stud evaluated. Finding the cause to be the male, female's owner will then get a one time free insemination after male's problem is resolved, next heat cycle. Please contact Car-Mel's Bulldogs no later than 24 hrs before you will need sperm shipped. This allows us to get everything ready and handled properly. AKC papers will be signed and sent when Car-Mel's Bulldogs receives a sonogram and signature of the females veterinarian.
Car-Mel's Bulldogs will not pay for any vet blls, shipping charges, or problems that arise with the puppies or female while pregnant. Once female has been inseminated, Car-Mel's Bulldogs is free from any responsibilities with the female.
Car-Mel's Bulldogs will happily meet the female in close distance, (shipping charges apply) however, for some reason you change your mind 24 hrs. or less, Car-Mel's Bulldogs requires half of the payment in the amount of $250.00. If Car-Mel's Bulldogs decides the female does not meet the criteria for stud service, female's owner will pay all shipping costs, but will forfeit the payment.
Female's owner will agree to prevent her from any exposure to any other male dog while in season. If for some reason this happens, it will be reported to AKC and the male stud will have no ties to the females puppies.
