When you have picked the puppy that will spend the rest of its life with you, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy. When we are holding a puppy, we are turning away another good home for that puppy. We cannot hold a puppy without a payment. We will return a deposit if your puppy becomes ill in our care, but not because you change your mind or you can't make final payment on the puppy.
The remaining balance is due by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. This is so we have time to make shipping arrangements or for any checks or money orders/certified checks to clear. Due to the high fraud rate, it takes at least 2 weeks for any vhecks to clear. Your puppy will NOT be shipped until check has cleared. Your puppy will be shipped to you when he/she is 8 weeeks of age provided you have paid in full. If puppy is not paid in full by 8 weeks of age, seller has the right to resell the puppy to another party. In this case there will be no refunds.
When you decide to purchase a puppy, please go to our puppy policy page, and NUVET page, read, print and sign it. Mail or fax it to us. 9774 Leathers Rd., Richmond, MO 64085 or (816) 776-3400. We will then sign and return it with your new bully baby when shipped or picked up. This will be your guarantee.
